Come stay at the Perch on Jefferson and have a great adventure. The Perch is a newly renovated, thoroughly comfortable and tastefully appointed home away from home for the traveler who wants to be in the thick of Savannah but who also wants to float a little above the hubbub. It is a great base for your stay, offering respite two flights above the action.

The Perch occupies the entire penthouse floor of an historic building on the corner of Jefferson and Broughton Street. Broughton Street is the main thoroughfare in Savannah's Historic District for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Downtown Savannah bubbles with people and sounds. It is a great little town bursting with historic buildings and ghost stories. All of Savannah's Historic District is entirely accessible by foot from the Perch.

Up two flights of stairs, the Perch features windows on three sides offering a panoply of views. Northward, the living and dining areas look out across Broughton toward the river. Sipping coffee in the morning, don't be surprised to see a ship towering behind the low-slung historic skyline, moving slowly up river toward the Port of Savannah. Working at the desk in the common area, the view extends westward down Broughton Street and the south-facing bedrooms view rooftops and receive sunlight all day.

The open floor plan offers comfortable living during your stay. The kitchen is well-supplied, and the sitting area is plush and easy.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and provide a cozy, restful retreat.

The en suite bathroom in the main bedroom has a large shower stall and the half bath is livened with cityscape wallpaper.

This is the ideal spot for travelers who want to be in the thick of it--with immediate access to what has drawn you to Savannah. Down two flights of stairs and out the door, you will be in a square with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in just minutes. Shop till you drop and go out for more. Reach the Telfair and Jepson Museums, the Owen's-Thomas House, and most other sites easily...all of it just by walking.
